1. Return Eligibility Criteria

Products may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

* Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
* Product includes original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable)
* Product is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery
* Valid proof of purchase/order number is provided

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.


2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be eligible unless the product is defective, damaged, or covered under warranty (if applicable).


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@buyview.in with:

* Full name
* Order number
* Product name
* Reason for return
* Photos/videos (if product is damaged or defective)

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.


4. Refund Process and Timing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed within 10 Days
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible
* In some cases, store credit or bank transfer may be used if required

Please note that banks/payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.


5. Exchange Options

We may offer exchanges for eligible products in cases such as:

* Wrong item received
* Damaged product received
* Defective item
* Size/variant issues (if applicable)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

* Order number
* Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
* Description of the issue

We will review the case promptly and arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

* Used or opened products
* Personal care or hygiene products
* Perishable goods
* Customized or personalized items
* Clearance / final sale items
* Gift cards or vouchers
* Products specifically marked non-returnable


8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility may vary:

* If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective product), we may bear the return shipping cost.
* If the return is for personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect order placed by customer, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

Any applicable charges will be communicated during the return process.


9. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order may instead fall under the return process.


10. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be reduced or denied if:

* Returned product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling
* Missing accessories or original packaging
* Signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
* False or abusive return claims
